Verizon...

I went to Mililani Verizon to ask them what can i do about my phone...they said I need to take my phone to the main Verizon on this island near Costco...and that they will need to go into my phone to see what is wrong...and see if they can fix the problem...if not then we will see if I have to change carrier...I'm not going to keep this phone for 2 years when I can't use it when I'm in Wahiawa for nothing I pay for it...so I hope they won't expect me to pay a fee if they can't do anything about my phone...I heard a lot of good things about T-mobile so we will have to see...
